Small Edwardian solid wood table suitable as a hall table, console table, lamp table or occasional table. Made from solid pine, finished in a dark stain, with drawers at either short side ends.
The simple square legs, restrained moulding, and small brass drop handle are typical of modest Edwardian utility furniture. The style is practical and understated, likely made for everyday domestic use rather than as a high-style piece.
