Schreiber was a prominent British furniture manufacturer founded in 1957 and known for producing affordable, well-designed modern furniture for the mass market. Their furniture was a staple of British homes through the 1960s and 70s.
This is a well-proportioned extendable Mid-Century drop-leaf dining table by Schreiber Furniture, dating from the 1960s. It has a wood grain Formica top supported by a simple gate-leg mechanism that allows both leaves to fold down when not in use. Ideal for smaller spaces.
