Founded in 1957 by Chaim Schreiber, Schreiber Furniture quickly became a mid-century success. By the 1970s it was a household name, rivaling G Plan and operating 280 dedicated stores across the UK.

This is a large Schreiber extendable dining table and 4 matching rung back dining chairs. The table features a rectangular top with rounded corners and a central folding extension leaf. The surface is finished in wood-effect Formica, and is supported on four slender, light toned, solid Beech tapered legs

The chairs are solid beech with a 3 rung back rest and black leatherette seating.
