Founded in 1957 by Chaim Schreiber, Schreiber furniture is an interesting British success story.
The Company was one of the biggest names in furniture in the 70s, rivalling G Plan and other well known manufacturers.
In 1973 they added fitted kitchen to their range, and created 280 Schreiber Furniture Centre shops throughout UK.
This is a tall chest of drawers with the added feature of a compartment at the top, with a round mirror in the lid. Typical of the Schreiber style. Simple clean design with their trademark wood grain Formica.
