Set of 4 Mid-Century 1960s solid teak dining chairs by Peter Hayward for Vanson

£825.00

Available

Set of four British Vanson dining chairs designed by Peter Hayward, one of Britain’s most celebrated post-war furniture designers.

Produced for the upper end of the market, Vanson furniture combined exceptional British craftsmanship with the clean, elegant principles of Danish Modern design.

The chairs retain their original black ‘Skai’ upholstery, a premium German synthetic leather renowned for its durability, thickness, and quality and superior to standard vinyl upholstery. Combined with sprung seat construction (which is rare), these chairs offer exceptional comfort while preserving their refined mid-century aesthetic.
