Vejle Stole & Møbelfabrik was a Danish furniture manufacturer founded in 1907. During the 1950s/60s, they gained a reputation for producing high-quality, handcrafted Mid-Century furniture using traditional woodworking techniques.

They collaborated with a number of Danish designers, including Niels Otto Møller, Vodder, Johannes Andersen, and Erik Buch.

This is a large square occasional table / coffee table / lamp table with a richly coloured and highly polished Brazilian rosewood top with deep tonal variation.

The top has softly rounded edges and is supported by four angled legs, which are set neatly into each corner. (The legs are removable via a simple wing nut).
