Mid-century large G Plan Fresco drop-leaf gate leg extending dining table

£410.00

Available

A Mid-Century Modern G Plan Fresco range drop-leaf dining table, designed and made in the UK circa 1960s.

The table’s dimensions are surprisingly large for a drop-leaf design. Originally natural teak, the table has been stained black.

It features a gate leg mechanism to support each drop leaf. When a leaf is raised to the horizontal position, a corresponding hinged leg swings out to lock underneath, providing sturdy support.

When the leaves are folded down, the gate legs pivot smoothly back under the table, allowing both sides to drop neatly.
